1. This e-Cash Voucher can be used at the food court and shops within the store. For details, please refer to https://reurl.cc/9RVMQO, but it is not applicable for bulk pick-up, purchase of bulk commodity pick-up vouchers, gift cards, and payment for services (such as installation fees, shipping fees) or other designated products at Carrefour. Additionally, due to government regulations, this e-Cash Voucher cannot be used to pay for proxy collection and proxy sales services, such as EasyCard, iCash top-up, etc. 2. A uniform invoice was issued at the time of loading this e-Cash Voucher, so this e-Cash Voucher provides a detailed breakdown of the consumption amount and will not issue a uniform invoice separately. 3. This e-Cash Voucher can be used in installments and can be loaded into the Carrefour Wallet for redemption at Carrefour stores, but cannot be directly exchanged for cash or refunded. 4. Once the certificate for this e-Cash Voucher has been sent, the transaction is considered complete. Returns or exchanges are not accepted after ordering, and placing an order signifies agreement to this. 5. Please redeem the amount within this e-Cash Voucher by the specified date. The balance of this e-Cash Voucher is guaranteed by Standard Chartered Bank (Taiwan) Limited from the date of sale/load, with a one-year guarantee period starting from the sale/load date. 6. After using this e-Cash Voucher for consumption, please double-check the balance on your receipt, invoice, and e-Cash Voucher before leaving the checkout counter. If there are any disputes about the balance of this e-Cash Voucher after leaving the checkout counter, please bring the original purchase receipt, e-Cash Voucher, and receipt to the original branch service center for resolution. 7. If you wish to return a defective product purchased using this e-Cash Voucher, please bring the original purchase receipt and invoice to the branch service center for returns. The original purchase amount will be refunded to your physical balance card or gift card; cash refunds are not available. Additionally, any rewards points or other benefits earned using a discount card or a Carrefour credit card will also be deducted. 8. In compliance with the laws of the Republic of China, any items that are prohibited from being sold with discounts or rewards cannot be purchased using this e-Cash Voucher. 9. This e-Cash Voucher is non-transferable and cannot be reported as lost or stopped. Anyone can use this card, so please keep it secure. 10. [Rewards Points] To earn Carrefour reward points when using this e-Cash Voucher, you must also use a Carrefour discount card or a Carrefour credit card. Using this e-Cash Voucher alone will not accrue reward points. Consumers can apply for a Carrefour discount card or credit card on the spot to immediately receive the reward points benefit. 11.
