If this e-voucher is lost, it will not be reissued. 2. Once this e-voucher is redeemed, the credit must be used within one year. It will become invalid after the expiration date. 3. If the fare exceeds this e-voucher value, the remaining balance will be charged to your linked credit card. If the fare is lower than this e-voucher value, the difference will not be refunded. 4. This e-voucher is only valid within yoxi (Hotai) operating areas. It cannot be exchanged for cash or change. The full amount must be used in a single trip; it cannot be reused. 5. No tax invoice (fapiao) will be issued when redeeming this voucher for services or offsetting fare amounts. 6. This e-voucher can only be redeemed once and becomes invalid immediately after use. Redemption via handwritten notes, verbal serial numbers (except in special cases), or screenshots is not accepted. 7. Please keep this e-voucher secure after purchase. If transferred to another person, that person is deemed to have agreed to these terms. If this e-voucher cannot be used by the original purchaser because it has already been redeemed, the purchaser is solely responsible. 8.
