By purchasing or using a Trip.com E-Gift Card, E-Gift Card Purchasers and Holders are deemed to have accepted and agreed to comply with the Trip.com Gift Card T&C, and warrant that they have capacity to enter into the Trip.com E-Gift Card T&C (including being at least the required age to have capacity in their country). 3. When using Trip.com E-Gift Card, Trip.com’s General T&C will also apply. 4. Trip.com E-Gift Cards are non-refundable. 5. Trip.com E-Gift Cards can only be used to book travel products and services on Trip.com’s website and mobile application. Trip.com E-Gift cards are valid as it states on this e-voucher. 6. The balance on a Trip.com E-Gift Card can be used for the payment of multiple bookings. 7. Bookings redeemed with a Trip.com E-Gift Card are not eligible for Trip Coins. 8. Trip.com E-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. 9. Trip.com E-Gift Card Purchasers and Holders are responsible for any losses as a result of their purchase or use of a Trip.com E-Gift Card that is not in accordance with the Trip.com E-Gift Card T&C and/or the applicable laws and regulations. 10.
